Terms of Service

Fredent.io provides private trading mentorship and educational coaching. Our services are intended to help you develop process, discipline, and decision-making skills.

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or guaranteed trading outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial results.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the services for lawful purposes only.

Intro calls and waitlist applications are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance into mentorship.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion, including where we determine there is not a suitable fit.

Mentorship fees, packages, and payment terms will be communicated before you commit to a paid engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as specified at checkout or in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intro calls may be rescheduled according to the policies of our scheduling provider or as communicated at booking.

Paid mentorship fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law or explicitly agreed in writing. If you need to cancel before services begin, contact us as soon as possible.

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, examples, testimonials, and educational content do not guarantee future results.

We make no promise or warranty that you will achieve profitability, pass evaluations, receive payouts, or reach any specific financial outcome.

You agree not to:

• Misuse our services or website in any unlawful or harmful manner.
• Share login credentials, session recordings, or proprietary materials without permission.
• Record calls or sessions unless explicitly permitted.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others when communicating with us.

All website content, frameworks, materials, recordings, and branding associated with our services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you for your own learning during the mentorship relationship.

We treat client information with care and expect the same respect for our methods, materials, and business operations. Either party may agree to additional confidentiality terms in writing as part of a mentorship agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access to services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing the relationship is not appropriate.

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any payment obligations already incurred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Denmark shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
